Yes. We do not use stock photography. All products displayed on our website were photographed at our offices.

Every item on our website is “shopworn”. They are store-display models and neither new nor pre-owned. These items may have been gently handled in-store but were never purchased. All items are in as-new condition

Yes. Every item on our website is in-stock at our warehouse.

We offer free two-day shipping for all domestic orders. International orders have flat rate shipping fees. Please see all shipping information here.

Orders placed by 2pm EST will be processed and shipped within the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking code.
