We guarantee that your watch purchased from ShopWorn has never been consumer owned and is an authentic, luxury watch sourced directly from an authorized dealer or the brand itself.
Your ShopWorn watch is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Your ShopWorn Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, including the watch movement, hands, and dial. If there is a problem with any of these elements related to defective material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair your watch free of charge. If you notify ShopWorn of the defect within the first fourteen (14) days, you may return your watch for a full refund if the product is unworn and undamaged.
Your ShopWorn Warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear resulting from typical use, including crystal, case, strap, and bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, negligent care and accidents, including dropping or impacting hard surfaces
- Lost or damaged gemstones or decorative elements
IMPORTANT NOTE: Repairs or servicing work accomplished by third parties without explicit written consent and authorization from ShopWorn will automatically invalidate your warranty. In this event, repair of any current or future damage becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Certain watches retain their original manufacturer warranty. If your watch requires warranty service, please notify ShopWorn and we will advise on whether to send your watch direct to the manufacturer or to ShopWorn for servicing.
Please contact us if you believe warranty service is necessary for your watch. Email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and further instructions. You can also email us with any questions or concerns. Please allow up to 30 days from our receipt of your watch to complete repairs or replacement.

Some Common Shipping Considerations:
- Shipping to the United States: All orders shipped to locations in the Continental US are shipped free of charge via UPS or FedEx and will arrive in 2 business days. Track your order status on ShopWorn at Order Info or by contacting ShopWorn.
- Additional US taxes. Local law requires us to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the State of New Jersey.
- International shipping. All watches shipped to international locations (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US overseas territories) are billed at a flat rate shipping cost of $90. All jewelry & accessory orders are billed at a flat rate of $65. Delivery service provider varies by destination; shipment tracking info will be provided as available.
- Additional international taxes. Certain countries may apply additional charges to shipments, including a Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST). These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery signature required. Security, effective tracking, and best protection of your order from ShopWorn requires that an adult signature is provided at the time of delivery. Packages will not be left at your door or delivered without a valid signature.
